Because we use 80% less water than other cleaning methods, our process also allows for faster drying times.

No, Chem-Dry is not a steam cleaner. Justin and Son Chem-Dry uses carbonation technology to release dirt, grime, and allergens from your carpets and upholstery, limiting the amount of water used in the process.

Chem-Dry’s primary cleaner, The Natural ®, only contains ingredients listed on the FDA’s GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) list and does not contain any harsh chemicals or detergents. You can be rest assured that Chem-Dry’s solutions are safe for you, your home, and your family.

While the majority of brand new carpets come with a factory-applied protectant, this can wear off over time, and needs to be reapplied. Help your carpet resist stains and soiling and extend their life by investing in carpet protectant.

Our room sizes are based on 200 square feet. If any of your rooms are over 200 square feet, there may be an additional area charge.
